Return Eligibility Criteria
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item/size/design received)
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact
- A valid proof (images/video) is provided along with the video of opening the parcel
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order
- Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted

Once your return request is approved:

- Refunds will be processed within the our website in form of gift cards which can be used for further purchases

- Or a refund/store credit will be provided
Non-Returnable Items
