Return Eligibility Criteria

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item/size/design received)
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact
  • A valid proof (images/video) is provided along with the video of opening the parcel

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted

Refund Process & Timing

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product may be inspected or verified based on the issue reported
  • Refunds will be processed within the our website in form of gift cards which can be used for further purchases

Exchange Options

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Damaged / Defective Product Handling

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Share clear images/videos showing the issue alongwith unboxing video
  • Our team will review and approve the request

Once approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost
  • Or a refund/store credit will be provided

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products (unless defective)
  • Items purchased on sale or discount (unless defective)
  • Used, washed, or worn items

Return Shipping Costs
